Program description. Salt City Junk Haulers LLC sends transactional text messages and alerts, and with separate consent promotional text messages, to customers and prospective customers who have opted in. Transactional messages and alerts include quote replies, appointment confirmations and reminders, crew arrival notifications, replies to missed calls, job follow-ups, and review requests. Promotional messages include special offers, discounts, and seasonal specials, and are sent only to people who checked the separate promotional consent box.
How to opt in. There are two ways to opt in. (1) Check the optional, unchecked SMS consent box on the quote request form at https://saltcityjunkhaulers.pages.dev/#quote. (2) Text the word QUOTE or START to (385) 475-5075 from your mobile phone. Consent is not a condition of purchase and is never required to buy anything from us. We do not add anyone to text messaging without one of these two actions.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity with us, typically 2-6 messages per job, and no more than 2 promotional messages per month if you opt in to promotions.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Salt City Junk Haulers LLC does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier standard rates apply.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages after that. You can opt back in at any time by texting START.

How long we keep it. We keep customer records, including SMS consent records, as long as needed to service your account and meet our tax and legal obligations.
