Program description. Salt City Junk Haulers sends SMS text messages to customers and prospective customers who request a quote or service. Messages include quote replies, appointment confirmations and reminders, crew arrival updates, replies to missed calls, job follow-ups, review requests, and — only with separate consent — occasional promotions.
How to opt in. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our quote request form, by texting us first at (385) 475-5075, or by giving verbal consent during a phone call with our team. Consent is never required to buy anything from us.
Message frequency. Frequency varies based on your activity with us — typically 2–6 messages per job, and no more than 2 promotional messages per month if you opt in to promotions.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Salt City Junk Haulers does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive one final confirmation message. You can opt back in at any time by texting START.

What we collect. When you contact us or submit our quote form, we collect the information you give us: your name, mobile phone number, email address, service address or city, photos or descriptions of the items you want removed, and your communication preferences.
Why we collect it. We use your information only to quote your job, schedule and complete the work, communicate with you about it, collect payment, request a review after the job, and — if you gave separate consent — send you occasional promotions.
Text messaging and your mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information are excluded from any such sharing. Information may be shared only with the service providers that help us operate our business — for example our scheduling, messaging, and payment platforms — and only so they can perform those services for us. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for marketing purposes.
Cookies and tracking. This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, advertising trackers, session recording, or third-party analytics. Nothing about your visit is collected automatically and nothing about your visit is shared with advertisers or data brokers. If we ever add analytics, we will update this policy before doing so.
We do not sell your information. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
How long we keep it. We keep customer records as long as needed to service your account and meet our tax and legal obligations.
Your choices. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can ask us to correct or delete your information by emailing saltcityjunkhaulers@gmail.com, and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Security. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children. Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
